The game develops cognitive abilities, helps the little one navigate in space and control speed of movements.

Sit in the chair, pull the legs forward, making "a slider" for your baby.

Holding the little one under their armpits, set the baby on your knees facing forward.

Let your baby slide down, holding him/her gently.

Repeat it as many times as you both like!

Explain your actions and name the direction of movement, cheer the little one on with words and smile.

It's also possible to ask your partner to help you - one of you can catch the little one after sliding!
