Your kid is surely grown up enough to help you with cooking! Help get your child get involved in mealtime as well as initiate a lifelong interest in cooking and nutrition by letting your toddler help prepare food in the kitchen. 

At least he/she can:


  •  Help gather ingredients from a low shelf in the pantry
  • Add measured ingredients to a mixing bowl
  • Stir ingredients
  • Sprinkle raisins or nuts into a batter, etc.

Make cookies with your kid, invite all family members to have a cup of tea.

Make photos of the process, upload to the App. Write about the experience and your kid's impressions.
