Make a turkey out of balls of yarn with your kid

Your kid will surely like this cute Thanksgiving Day craft!

You'll need:

• colored paper;
• toothpicks;
• balls of wool yarn;
• decorative eyes;
• gouache;
• a brush;
• a jar of water;
• glue.

Cut out from colored paper colorful feathers. Make two identical details for each feather, insert a toothpick between the details and glue them together.

Paint the feathers with gouache.

When the paints dry, stick the feathers into the ball of yarn, making the turkey's tail.

Attach a smaller ball to the turkey body with a toothpick - thus you'll make the turkey's head.

Cut out the turkey beak out of the colored paper, glue decorative eyes and the beak to the head.
