Washing vegetables

Your 2-year-old kid will definitely like to help you in the kitchen - so, offer him/her to wash vegetables for cooking.

If the vegetables are too dirty, wash them yourself first and then ask for the little one's help.

Show how to put potatoes, carrots, etc. in a bowl with water, rub with a sponge and then put clean vegetables on the plate.
