Fabric balls

2 months

Sew your little baby these cute developing toys - funny fabric balls!

Needed:

  • pieces of fabrics (of different colors and textures);
  • thread, needle, scissors (or sewing machine);
  • fillers - peas, beans, buckwheat, plastic bags, etc.

Sew several fabric balls with a diameter not more than 10 cm,  fill them with peas, beans, buckwheat or other fillers.

You can easily find the appropriate templates on the Internet, if needed.

Give the balls to your little one, let him/her catch them, shake and listen to the sounds they make.

Playing with the balls is beneficial for the baby's sensory development, fine motor skills, vision, and hearing.
Talk to your little one and describe his/her sensations, name sounds the balls make, colors and textures, etc.

Sew the balls tightly - and check whether it is safe for your baby always before giving it to him/her!

Make photos of your baby exploring the balls, upload to the App. Write whether he/she liked the new toys.
