Fun exercises to strengthen legs

from 9 months to 1 year 6 months

Your toddler will surely like this beneficial activity, that will help to strengthen his/her legs!

Perform these exercises daily, and soon your little one will manage to walk and even run.


  • Sit the toddler to the floor, help him/her to pull their legs forward.  Ask the little one to lift and lower legs, move them right-left, rotate feet, bend and unbend knees, etc.
  • Teach the toddler to walk on the tips of his/her toes, in small steps.
  • Jump on a trampoline, on a fitball, just jump.
  • Teach the toddler to step over different obstacles, etc.

Make photos of the process, upload to the App. Write about the little one's progress.
