Play with Torn Paper

from 9 months to 1 year 6 months

Here's an easy way to entertain your curious baby - just arrange this entertaining activity, great for developing fine motor skills and movement coordination.

Needed:

  • white or colored paper (or just old glossy magazines);
  • 2 plastic boxes.

  1. Sit with your little one on the floor.
  2. Show him/her how to tear paper into pieces and put them in the plastic box. Ask the baby to repeat your actions.
  3. Then you can pour paper pieces into the second box, hide paper under the box, sort the pieces by colors and size, etc.
  4. Use your imagination and be creative!

Playing with paper must be arranged only under strict adult supervision! Don't leave your baby alone and don't allow him/her to put paper pieces in their mouth!

Make funny photos of the process, upload to the App. Write whether you both liked the activity.
