Polar Bear Craft

Polar Bear Craft

Introduce your baby to polar bears - tell them where they live and how they look. And then do an interesting craft with your child.

from 9 months to 1 year 6 months

Work on this painting with your child.

You will need:

  • white paper, scissors;
  • thick white paper (for example, watercolor or pastel);
  • gouache or finger paints, brush or foam rubber stamp;
  • glue;
  • sparkles (stars or snowflakes) or a small piece of white plasticine.

  1. Cut a bear cub out of white paper. You can draw it yourself or find a picture on the Internet and print it.
  2. Tell your baby that this polar bear cub lives at the North Pole, where there is always snow and strong winds often blow and blizzards are circling. Ask them to paint the North Pole using blue, white, and purple paints. You can also try drawing the northern lights. Leave to dry.
  3. Stick the bear figurine onto the painted sheet of paper.
  4. Decorate the craft with glitter or plasticine balls.
