Double-sided pillows

Sew your little one some cute double-sided pillows - he/she will surely like exploring them!

The activity is beneficial for the baby's sensory development and fine motor skills.

Needed:

• pieces of fabric of different colors and textures;
• thread, needle, scissors (sewing machine);
• filler for pillows - padding polyester, foam, fabric pieces, etc.

Sew square pillows 10x10 cm with sides made out of different fabrics (for example, with flannel on one side and with velvet on the other, or with fur on one side and with corduroy on the other). Fill the pillows with a filler.

Your pillows can be multicolored or with various patterns - with polka dots, stripes, checkered, with flowers, etc. 

One more idea is to make several pillows and sew various pillowcases.

Give the pillows to your baby to explore - lay him/her on their tummy and show one of the pillows.

Give it to the little one, help to touch the first side, then turn the pillow and let the baby touch the second side.

Explain your actions and the baby's sensations.

Make photos of your baby playing with the pillows, upload to the App. Write whether he/she liked the cute developing toys.
