Sew a patchwork rug for your baby

Make the first gift for your little one!

This easy to make rug will entertain your baby and is a unique and colorful accessory for your home.

You'll need:

• multi-colored pieces of soft fabrics with different textures (silk, velvet, corduroy, fur, etc.);
• thread, needles, scissors.

The rug can be sewed by hand, but it is quicker and easier to use a sewing machine.

Cut out of the fabric several pieces of the same size, sew them together.

Your patchwork rug is ready!

Put your baby on the rug during wakefulness without clothes, so that he/she can feel the touch of different fabrics. It will help your little one to develop body sensory.
