Baby tickle game

3 months

Gentle tickling games are a fun way to get your little one giggling! You can play this simple game anywhere, and it will teach your baby to read your signs and anticipate the tickle – which is even more fun!

Lie your baby down and sit at their feet.

In a sing-song voice, slowly repeat the chant: “I’m gonna getcha!”

As you do this, make large hand motions to slowly and gently move to tickle their tummy, or favorite tickle spot.

Watch as your baby starts to learn to anticipate what comes next.

Repeat the game. As your baby develops the skills to roll and crawl, this game will get more interactive as they move to escape your tickle fingers!

The point of this game is the anticipation of the tickle touch rather than the tickling itself. If you do it right, your baby will be giggling without you even touching them at all. Tickling games can be loads of fun for parent and child but don’t forget that small children are particularly ticklish and the smallest of tickle touches is enough to get them giggling.

Make cute photos of the process, upload to the App. Write whether your little one liked the game.
