Autumn tree

Offer your little one to paint an autumn tree - it will entertain him/her in a long rainy day.
Needed:

• cardboard;
• dry leaves;
• black gouache;
• brush;
• cocktail straw;
• PVA glue.

• Go for a walk and pick up fall leaves of various size, shapes and colors - orange, yellow, red, etc. Dry the leaves, putting them into books or magazines. Then mill the dry leaves.
• Dilute some black gouache with water.
• Paint on the sheet of cardboard a tree trunk with thick branches. Blow through the cocktail straw to the liquid paint - thus you'll get thin branches.

• When the paint dry, paint the tree leaves with PVA glue.
• Sprinkle them with milled dry leaves.
• Let glue dry, then shake off excess dry leaves.
