Amazing geometry

Here's an easy and original way to learn geometric shapes with your kid!

You'll need:

• table for drawing with sand;
• scissors;
• colored parchment paper.

Cut out several geometric shapes from colored paper:

Put them on the table and switch on the table lights.

As the parchment paper is thin, it is transparent for the light rays, and your colored shapes will look very pretty:

You can arrange a few games with the figures:

• just look and learn the shapes names;
• sort the figures by color, shape, size, etc.;
• lay one figure on the other and view what light color you'll get;
• lay out various images, etc.
