Make with your baby an exercise "The Cart"

Here’s an Easy exercise to strengthen the muscles of the back, neck and hands!

Just put the baby on their tummy, take his/her legs and raise the legs by 5-10 centimeters from the floor.

Let your baby try to walk on their hands.

Make photos and upload to the App. Add some words about your little one's progress and whether he/she liked the exercise.
