Offer your kid to sort cocktail sticks

Here's a beneficial game for your little one!

You'll need:

• a sheet of cardboard;
• a pen;
• a ruler;
• cocktail straws;
• scissors.

First of all, draw lines of different length on the cardboard .

Then shorten your cocktail straws to make their length equal to the length of the lines. Thus, you'll get straws of different lengths.

Offer your kid to put the straws to the appropriate lines, sorting them by length:

The game will help your kid to learn the concept of "long - short", "longer - shorter".

Drawing the lines vertically, explain to your little one the concept of "low - high", "lower - higher".
