Your little baby is growing up quickly. Help him/her to strengthen muscles - just make easy exercises on a fitball with the little one!
Sit your baby on the fitball and swing him/her tightly up and down. Hold your baby's armpits or arms - thus you'll help the little one to balance.
Then stand the baby on the fitball, holding him/her, and swing again. Balancing, your baby strengthens muscles and develops the vestibular apparatus.
Make photos of the process, upload to the App. Write whether your little one liked the exercises with fitball.
