Your 5-month-old baby is strong enough to start flying! The funny exercise is beneficial both for Moms and babies - it helps to develop your baby's vestibular apparatus and strengthens Mom's belly muscles. Just lie on your back on the floor, bend your legs at the knees and raise them (shins should be parallel to the floor). Lay your baby on your shins and swing him/her slowly up and down, back and forth, right and left. Hold your baby's back or hands during the process. Talk to the little one, smile and talk about your flight. Make photos of your flying baby, upload to the App. Write whether he/she liked the funny activity.
