Your baby is strong enough and ready for their first flight!

To arrange it, just lay on the floor on your back and lift your baby with both arms, holding him/her with your hands under the baby’s armpits.

Swing your little one slowly up and down, back and forth, left and right. Smile and talk to your baby, commenting on the flight and making the appropriate sounds!

The exercise is beneficial both for adults and the baby - it helps to develop your baby’s vestibular apparatus, strengthens Mom's and baby's muscles.

Make photos of your baby flying, upload to the App. Add some words about his/her impressions.
