How to make a New Year Card

5 to 8 years

Create an unique New Year card with your child. It can be a wonderful gift for any of your relatives or friends.

You will need:

white cardboard or thick paper;
corrugated green cardboard;
colored brown paper;
Small multi-colored buttons;
glue stick, glue gun, scissors;
blue marker.

Cut the trunk of the tree out of brown paper. Stick it onto a piece of cardboard.
Cut the green corrugated cardboard into narrow strips 1-5 cm long.
Glue the strips onto the trunk to create a furry Christmas tree.
Decorate the tree with button ornaments.
Draw snow drifts and snowflakes with a marker.
