Apple compote

Recommend this fun DIY craft to your kid!

The idea is to paint jars with compote for winter with apples.

Thus, you'll need:

• thick paper (watercolor);
• felt pens;
• gouache, brush, jar of water;
• plastic lids;
• small apple;
• knife.

Dilute red and green paints in the plastic lids.

Draw two jars on the sheet of paper.

Cut the apple in half.

Show your kid how to dip the apple pieces in the paints and make prints on paper.

Let him/her fill the jars with bright apples!

When the paints dry, draw the apple stalks and the tablecloth with felt pens.
