Sit or lay comfortably on a couch, a bed or a soft carpet, lay the baby on your breast.

Stroke your newborn gently or just lay your hand on his or her back. Your love and rhythmic breathing is the most effective sedative for the little one.

Write on the App how long you managed to relax together and whether you liked it. Make the task as often as you can!
