This easy exercise will strengthen your baby's back and tummy muscles!

Changing your baby's clothes or diaper, lay the little one on his/her back and lightly tickle the baby's tummy.

Your little one will strain muscles and wriggle!

Turn the baby on their tummy and tickle his/her back! You'll see the baby raising their head, training the back and neck muscles.
