Exercise with a pillow

Lay your little one on their tummy, put a small pillow under him/her. Let your baby lie on the pillow for a while, if he/she likes it.

This exercise strengthens the muscles in your baby's back, neck and hands. It also stimulates the baby to hold his/her head up and turn it.

Make photos of your baby laying on the pillow, upload to the App. Write about your little one's reaction.
