You'll need a gymnastic stick or something similar.

Lay your little one on their back, offer him/her to take the stick tightly with both hands.

Gently lift the stick with the baby.

You can attach the stick to the baby’s crib or in the playing area in the reach of your baby, so that your little one can catch it and pull up a few months later.

The exercise is beneficial for training back and arm muscles, and strengthens your baby's hands.

Make photos of your baby training, upload to the App. Add some words about his/her progress.
