To make this beneficial exercise you'll need a round stick with a small diameter, so that your little one is able to catch it with both hands.

Lay your baby on their back and offer him/her to catch the stick. Then raise the stick slowly, let your baby pull his/her body to the stick and sit. Repeat it several times.

Make the exercise on a soft surface, as the baby can slide down! If it happens, smile and say "Alex, wham!" - thus you'll show the little one that everything is OK.

Make photos of the process, upload to the App. Write whether your little one liked the training.
