Find a quiet place
Sing a lullaby while you massage your baby’s feet.
Use a gentle pressure, reflex points could be sensitive if your baby is sick
Work with the two feet for 5-10 minutes depending on how your baby feels
You can do this while cuddling with your baby or when he/she is asleep, drinking milk, after bath time or while rocking the little one to sleep. Make photos of your baby's cute feet, upload to the App. Write about his/her reaction to the massage.
