Strengthen your baby's legs

This is a funny and beneficial task for arranging your little one's first physical exercises!

Needed:


  • foam or inflatable cushion (small mattress).

You can also use an ordinary rolled blanket for this purpose.

Just place the cushion in the cot near the baby's legs, so that he/she can push off from the resilient surface, jerking legs.

Your little one will definitely want to repeat this exercise time and time again!
