Play this game with your little one, it's beneficial for the baby's neck muscles.

Lie on your back, then lay the baby on your chest on his/her tummy. Call your little one by name, stimulating him/her to raise their head and look at your face. Repeat this several times.

Make photos with the baby trying to raise their head, upload to the App. Write about his/her progress.
