Give your little one a foot massage

You can include the foot massage in your daily baby routine. Keep in mind that this is just an alternative way to relieve common discomfort symptoms, calm and relax your baby.


  • Find a quiet place
  • Sing a lullaby while you massage your baby’s feet.
  • Use a gentle pressure, reflex points could be sensitive if your baby is sick
  • Work with the two feet for 5-10 minutes depending on how your baby feels

You can do this while cuddling with your baby or when he/she is asleep, drinking milk, after bath time or while rocking the little one to sleep.
Make photos of your baby's cute feet, upload to the App. Write about his/her reaction to the massage.
