Do Stretches or Yoga

under 8 years

It is very important from an early age to accustom your baby to exercising, to monitor your health. Exercise and physical activity should be regular.

If the weather permits it, you can do the exercises outside on a blanket. Encourage your toddler to do yoga and stretching with you. Dress in loose, comfortable clothes, stock up on water and go!

Tune in to nature. At the end of the session, look around and sit in silence for as long as possible.
