Mashed bananas

Bananas are an excellent source of nutrition and are perfect fruit to be one of the baby’s first foods.

Besides from all healthy qualities, bananas are one of the best convenience foods. They come in their own jackets and there is no need to wash them; simply peel & eat!

To make mashed bananas, just:


  • Peel and cut a ripe banana into small dices;
  • Mash with a fork.

If you wish, you can add some water, formula or breast milk.

Make photos of your little one eating banana, upload to the App. Write whether he/she liked it.
