Tasty citrus water

It is important to drink plenty of fluids when breastfeeding, but try to avoid sugar-filled fizzy drinks and caffeine. Posh health spas serve infused water, which is refreshing and a lot more interesting than plain water. 


  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 litres water


  1.  Put the sliced fruit and water in a large jug.
  2.  Cover and chill overnight. Stir before serving.

Don't drink the refresher if you have an allergy to citrus!
