It is important to drink plenty of fluids when breastfeeding, but try to avoid sugar-filled fizzy drinks and caffeine. Posh health spas serve infused water, which is refreshing and a lot more interesting than plain water.


  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • one cucumber, peeled, halved lengthways and finely sliced
  • 2 large sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1.5 litres of water


  1.  Put the sliced ingredients and water in a large jug.
  2.  Cover and chill overnight. Stir before serving.
